The Little House - Available NOW!

The Little House is the newest addition to the campground. The Little House is a 2-bedroom house with full kitchen, family room, dining area, and private bathroom. The Little House has central heating and air-conditioning to cool you off after the long rides on the trail. Like everything else in the campground, you can ride your ATV/UTV from the front porch and onto the trail.

The house has new flooring throughout, brand new bathroom, laundry unit, and kitchen facilities. The Little House will sleep up to 6 people.

The Little House price list

Daily Rate $210 per night

Based on less than 7 nights.

Weekly Rate $180 per night

Based on stays 7 nights or longer.

The Little House Accommodations Policy

  • The weekly rate is based on a 7-day stay with the last night free.
  • Absolutely NO pets in the cabins.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days prior to your arrival will be made without charge. Cancellations made on or within 14 days of your arrival date will incur a 50% charge of your total reservation charges.
  • Prices current as of March 20, 2021 - Reservations require 1/2 total as deposit.
